Here are the settings for MPORT on a USRobotics Modems that work. The ones
marked with a * are defualt settings, but they're here in case you changed
them.
AT commands
B0 - V.32 CCITT answer sequence*
C1 - Transmitter enabled*
E1 - Echo on*
F1 - Local echo off after connection*
M1 - Speaker on unitl connection*
Q0 - Result codes displayed
H1 - Go off hook
V1 - Verbal result codes
X6 - Use all result codes
&A1 - Display all ARQ result codes*
&B1 - Fixed DTE Rate
&C1 - CD Override - sends Cd signal to machine when connected
&D2 - DTE must Signal DTR from modem to accept commands
&G0 - No guard tone*
&H1 - Hardware flow control
&I0 - Transmit flow control disabled*
&J0 - Single phone connection*
&K0 - Data compression disabled
&L0 - Leased line option disabled*
&M4 - Normal/ARQ mode*
&N0 - Data Rate, normal link ops*
&P0 - North American pulse dialing*
&R1 - Ignore RTS*
&S0 - DSR overrice always on*
&X0 - Sync timing source Modem's transmit clock*
&Y1 - Destructive breaks expidited*

S00 = 001 AUTO ANSWER WAITS THIS MANY RINGS
S01 = 000 COUNTS AND STORES NUMBER OF RINGS
S02 = 043 ESCAPE CHARACTER FOR MODEM*
S03 = 013 CR*
S04 = 010 LF*
S05 = 008 BS*
S06 = 002 NUMBER OF SECONDS TO WAIT BEFORE DIALING*
S07 = 060 NUMBER OF SECONDS MODEM WAITS FOR THE CARIER*
S08 = 002 NUMBER OF SECONDS FOR OAUSE OPTION IN DAIL COMMAND*
S09 = 006 TENTHS OF A SECOND BEFORE RECOGNITION OF REMOTE CARRIER*
S10 = 007 TENTHS TO WAIT AFTER LOSS OF CARIER BEFORE HANGING UP*
S11 = 070 DURATION & SPACING FO TOUCHTONES*
S12 = 050 GUARD TIME IN 50TH OF SECONDS FOR ESCAPE CODE SEQUENCE*
S21 = 010 LENGTH OF BREAK DCE TO DTE IN 10 MS UNITS*
S22 = 017 DEFINE ASCII XON*
S23 = 019 DEFINE ASCII XOFF*
S26 = 001 DELAY IN 10 MS UNITS BETWEEN RTS AND CTS SYNCH MODE*
S28 = 008 DURATIN IN 1/10 SECONDS OF V.32 HANDSHAKING*
